How do I enable automatic call recording in Pamela Professional / Business?

This can be changed easily in the Pamela options. Open the main Pamela window and click on Tools - Options - Call recording.

You will see the screen below.

Select the option to automatically record either all inbound and/or all outbound calls. You may also select to record inbound calls manually but all outbound calls automatically. Note that the automatic recording option is only available in Pamela Professional and Business.
