What are the opening hours of the helpdesk?

Customer support is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 Central European Time (GMT+2). We normally reply within 48 hours to your request.

Our support staff is not available during weekends and public holidays in Germany. As a result, tickets submitted e.g. Friday afternoon may not see a reply until next Monday. Thank you for your understanding.
