Pamela tells me I can't activate because I have exceeded the number of allowed activations. How do I reset my activation counter?

Every license key can be activated five times. This is to prevent misuse of your activation code. We are happy to reset your counter so that you can re-register your Pamela product. Just open a support request by clicking here and we will reset the counter. Make sure you include your activation code number and/or email address used at the time of purchase. | |
