Pamela is not recording voicemails and all calls are shown as "Hung up".

Open the options in Pamela and click on "Voice messaging". Check that you have the option "Enable message recording and set the maximum voice mail recording time (minutes):" checked. Unchecking this option disables the recording part of the voicemail, similar to setting your home phone answering machine to "Do not take messages", so as a result only the greeting is played and the caller can not leave a message. | |
