Where are my Pamela recording stored so I can email, copy or process them?
All recordings (audio and video) are stored on your local hard disk or alternatively on an FTP server if you have enabled the upload option.
If you want to forward the physical file via email or process it with another application, there are two ways to get to the file itself.
1. Right click in Pamela on the recording you need. Select "Open message folder..." and the folder with the file will open. You can then copy it from here (do not move it as it will disappear from Pamela!).
2. In Windows, open "My Documents" and "Pamela". All recordings are accessible in the folder "Callrecord".
