Unable to connect to Skype audio ports, unable to record Skype calls

Due to changes in the Skype Desktop version 7.xx, there is a potential problem with the connection between Pamela and the Skype audio ports. We have fixed this in Pamela 4.9.0.72 and later. To resolve this issue, please update Pamela to the latest version. You can do this by downloading the same edition you have installed from our site at http://www.pamela.biz/en/products/ (make sure you download the correct version.) After downloading, run the setup which will update the Pamela version. All data will be migrated and preserved. | |
