Sent faxes are stored for 30 days. Make sure you download a copy of the transmission report (available from the PamFax Portal in PDF format) if you need proof of sending. Note that PamFax will not notify you of faxes that are removed by the maximum storage limitation.

If you want to keep the history of sent faxes longer than the default 30 days, you can purchase a Pro Plan subscription. This will also include a fax number and up to 20 free pages per month (to a zone 1 destination, less to others). Another advantage is unlimited and free reception to the fax number.
